You've gone and screwed it up again.
Johann was standing quite awkwardly in the door of the classrom, unsure of what to do. "Uhhh, I think... This is my class?" Everyone was looking at him, and it made things even more awkward. "...Or... Not?" His accent was a heavy mixture of German and British, and a few girls blushed as he gave a bit of a hopeful grin and waved. Apparantly, his accent was charming, and his looks weren't to bad, either.
"Here, here," the teacher fussed, waltzing up to him and snapping her fingers impatiently. "I don't have any new students. Give me your schedual."
"Oh! Uh, one sec, it's right here..." He opened the messenger bag hanging at his side, digging inside of it; even though it was his first day, it was actually already unorganized. He flipped through things for a minute, and could practically feel the teacher's dissaproving eyes burning a hole in his bowed head. "Uhm, maybe... In here?" He went through two or three more pockets before finding it and handing it to her a bit sheepishly. She narrowed her eyes in dissaproval at the creases it had recieved from being stuck and folded into random pockets, books, and otherwise.
"You're not even in the right part of the building." She said finally, handing it almost sharply back. Her manicured nails clicked together as he slid the paper out from between her fingers.
"Yeah, I didn't think I was..."
She sighed. "I'll get a student to help you. You should really try to figure this out, tardiness is frowned upon in this school." She turned briskly to the class, snapping her fingers, the sound almost extra-enunciated by the nails clicking once more. She pointed at a student. "You, show him around."
"Uhm, thanks," Johann offered, still a bit distressed, and gave a bit of a sheepish, apologetic and hopeful smile to the person she'd guestured to.

Cammie was doodling on her notebook when a boy came into the class and the teacher started being mean. She knew how he felt as she did the exact same thing to her just a few minutes ago for being late and new. It wasn't her fault, she got lost and ended up late. She shot the boy a sympathetic smile before going back to doodling.
"You." the teacher pointed at Cammie
Cammie looked up in surprise as the teacher called on her. She looked at the boy and blinked before standing up. "Uh.." Cammie blushed, she didn't like being call on, and of course, the teacher knew she was new so it was weird that she decided to call on her. "Okay." Cammie shrugged.
She picked up her backpack and walked towards the door. As she stood beside the boy, she had to look up to see his face. She was only about 4'9" and he looked at least 6 feet tall, Cammie blushed again.
"Here's an excuse slip for your next class." the teacher said as she shooed them out of the class and shut the door behind them. She felt unwanted for a second. Then remembered that she had to show the boy around.
"Hi," Cammie said, "I'm Cammie. And uh...I'm kinda new here too, but the principal gave me the tour this morning and I'm pretty sure I remember it all." then she gave a little laugh, "Well, let's be new together and get lost together."

He grinned, relaxing; she seemed nice enough , though she made him feel rather tall. He had an easy, friendly smile that was wide and obviously showed how nice he was, and how he loved to mess around... He was just a nice guy, period.
"Well at least I'm not the only one that's new," he said with a laugh, his odd accent thankfully not quite wierd enough to make it hard to understand him.
"Thanks, by the way," he added with another smile, then started as if remembering something and introduced himself. "Oh, yeah, I'm Johann Schlovotsky," he said, sounding more German then than ever, but then it snapped back to normal -- for him, anyway -- and he continued. "Oh, that's great, I'm not the only one that's getting lost then?" He chuckled and glanced at his schedual that had been shoved at him again before they were pushed out the door.
"Uhm, I'm supposed to go to... Algebra 3? Wow, that sounds... Scary." He laughed again, then shrugged. "Ah, well... So, how'd you get to be here... Cammi?" he said after a second, momentairilly forgetting her name. He wore his usual, friendly grin and offered his schedual to her before shoving his hands in his pockets, nudging the drumsticks sticking out of his front right one back a bit to give himself room to do so.

Cammie thought for a second, Algebra 3..."Heeey~" she smiled, "I have Algebra 3 next period. It's on the thrid floor." she had skipped a math grade after the school board saw her test scores.
Cammie started to lead him through the empty hallways, their footsteps echoing down the hall. How did you end up here, he asked her, "Here? Well, after my dad re-married, he wanted to expand his company so we moved over here so dad can keep a close eye on things as it's starting. I just finished unpacking yesterday." Cammie said as she fell into step with Jahann, "Do you mind if I call you Jon? or do you perfer Johann?" Cammie found it easier to remember someone's name after she gave them a nickname. She was horrible at names.
She readjusted her bag strap, feeling it dig in her shoulder, she hated that. It hurts. "What about you?"

Save the Drums, Bang A Drummer[[Better late than never. xDDD]] Johann grinned. "Oh, that's great. This mean we have class together?" It would be nice to start off in a class with someone that he knew, even if he had just met her. When she shot his question back at him, he shrugged and replied.
"Ahh, nothing big... Well, kinda. Uhm," he laughed. "I lived in Britain with my dad, right? Well, when I was fourteen I got in an accident and broke my collorbone and got all cut up and stuff; you can still feel the bunp right here," he rubbed an area to show her if she actually wanted to feel it, since some people did, "And my dad went and got himself landed in jail so I went to live with my mom... Got in a band, went on tour, and we were about to come to America, but at the end of our tour in the UK, my friends got me drunk, and... Well, we trashed the hotel room, and my friend got a video of me doing it all, including crapping off our balcony into the pool." He laughed, as if blowing it off. "I got in trouble, but it was my fault, that was a pretty stupid thing to do, you know, so... My mom sent me down here to avoid trouble." He shrugged. "And that's about it. Nothing special." He grinned at her, shoving his hands in the pockets of his camouflage cargo shorts.
"No, it's cool, you can call me whatever you want."

Cammie reached up and felt the bump, "Cool." she said as they walked up the stairs.
Then Jon started talking about his tour and the video of him bashing the room and pooping in the pool, "You pooped in the pool?!" she asked in disbelief through her laughter, "Wow, I can't believe you."
Cammie held her stomach as she was laughing, she had been working on her stomach muscles yesterday at the gym and now it hurt to laugh or move. "Sounds fun," she said as she tripped on a step but caught herself before she fell face flat. At times, she was such a klutz, "Whenever I tagged along on my brother's gigs, my father made me promise to behave myself. " she wrinkled her nose, "Something about keeping my rep clean or whatever. My bet was that he just didn't want me pissing off potential clients."
Cammie's dad was nice and all, and loved his kids a lot, but sometimes, work would come before them. He never meant it in a mean way, it's just that if you were a model and your father was successful, you'd always have to behave yourself to keep yourself out of the tabloid. But Cammie knew that if the tabloids would figure out his dad's annual income and caught her misbehaving in public, she'd be labeled the next Paris Hilton. Cammie gave a small shudder at the thought of being a mini Paris. So wasn't going to happen.

Her laughter enticed him to join in, and soon they were laughing together, he at his own story, she apparantly in disbelief. She soon tripped, and he lurched forward to catch, having to nearly double over since he was at least a foot taller than her, and laughed again. He attempted to stifle it, though, not wanting to offend her, though he doubted he would.
"Don't fall," he finally said, keeping his arms held out for a second to make sure she wasn't about to loose her balance or anything. "Haha, yeaaahhh... I guess I'm just a crazy drunk?" He laughed again, all his nervousness gone; he was in a great mood, especially now that he knew someone.
He glanced at her in mild surprise. "Oh, your brother plays? Think he'd be interested in starting a band?... And why would you have to keep your rep clean?" When she mentioned scaring off potential clients, he made an "O" with his mouth and said, "Ooooh, was he like, some big buisness guy or something? Wait, he expected to find clients at a concert?" He laughed again. "Tell him good luck with that." [/color]

Cammie thanked Jon as he steadied her. "He's not in the band mood anymore." Cammie said while pouting, "He decided to focus on school." she missed it when he was in the band and he'd let her sing a few songs.
"And actually," Cammie said, proving Jon wrong, "there are quite a lot of potential customers. For example, the hotels we stay at. " she explained, "My father owns this ad company, so if they like we, they'll use our company to advertise their hotels. Same goes for restaurants.." She gave Jon a proud smile for remembering what her dad had told her years ago.
"So you're interested in starting a band?" Cammie asked curiously. Back when her brother still had the band going, she would sub in for their lead guitarist and vocalist for a few songs at clubs with more males. Her brother liked to take advantage of having a girl member.

When she mentioned how her brother decided to focus on school more, he raised his eyebrows, still smiling but not in a rude way, just one to show that he meant no harm in what he was about to say. "Really? That's horrible. I mean, not that he's focusing on school, but the fact that he gave up on music... I love playing," his hand went to his pocket, and he pulled out the drumsticks, flipping one into his left hand and twirling them, giving her a little smile and moving over to a nearby wall that was near some lockers, and started up a quick, complicated beat, using the locker as a cymbal. His foot tapped along as well, and he finished with one final blow to the locker before shoving them quickly back in his pocket, looking almost sad that he had to do so, being as a teacher opened a door. She yelled at him to keep it down or she'd give him a detention, and he lowered his head, making a little "Oh shit," before turning away and walking; not like it would do anything to keep him from being recognized, what with his hair and his height.
"But seriously, music is the best thing in the world. I can't imagine not being able to play drums. Really, it's just... Point being: I feel bad that your brother was turned away from music or whatever. I can't help but feel that way; if I lost my interest in music..." He shuddered a bit to give his point, then laughed again. "But I don't think that will ever happen."
He raised his eyebrows again as she started explaining her father's buisness, going to a staircase and stopping, sitting on the steps so they could talk without being rushed and going to classes; in the mood he was in right now, he wouldn't ever remember it. Besides, he'd skipped before, this wouldn't be a first.
"Really? Wow, I'm impressed. That makes sense. Way to go for the ad company," he said with a laugh, holding his hand out for a high five. When she mentioned him looking for a band, he perked up.
"Yeah, I am -- what, you know someone that plays?"

Cammie stifled a giggle as a teacher yelled at him for playing on the locker then turned away, just in case she had the teacher later on and she was to recognize her. As they went towards the stair and sat down, they started chatting.
"Yeah, it kinda sucks. But at least he's taking some music classes at his university. Dad was all spazzy when his marks drop because he had to play out so often or gigs." she smiled, her brother had always tried to get his band out by playing in gigs all around the world. Then Jan stuck his hand up for a high five, and Cammie returned it with a grin, "And yeah, I do know someone who plays." she said.
Just then, her phone started ringing and Cammie fished it out of her bag and looked at the caller id. She gave her eyes a small roll as she picked up the phone, "Excuse me for a moment," she told Jon before talking on the phone, "I am not gonna go on that catwalk unless the safety department has OK-ed it, I don't care how much money was spent on it, no document, no Cammie." and with that, she hung up and tossed her phone back in her bag.
"Anyways, where were we?" she smiled, "Oh yeah, band. Well, I play. I was the on and off girl of the band."

"Oh, yeah, that can put pressure on someone. But I'm not much of one to talk about that, I mean... I failed Junior year, I'm retaking it. I'm actually eighteen," he said, almost apologetically. I dealt with some carp when I was younger, though, so I have an excuse." He laughed a bit as if to wave it off and was about to respond to her when her phone rang, and he cut himself off.
He raised his eyebrows as she spoke on the phone, and gave her a little smile. "What, are you a model?" He was about to make further comment, but she continued and said that she played, and his face immediately brightened.
"No way! That's so cool! What do you play?"

"Part-time." Cammie said with a shrug, "More like a hobby though." she said as she put her phone on silent.
Then Jon asked about what she played, a grin spread on her face, "I can play quite a few instruments but my favourite is the guitar. And of course, I sing." her grin widen, she loved singing for her brother's band. It was a great way to kill time.
Then she remembered Jon's comment on how he failed before her phone call, "What'd you fail? The whole grade in general or just a enough classes that they held you back?" Cammie was curious, she had only skipped grades, never failed them.
As she awaited his reply, she felt a slight breeze and she dug for her sweater inside her bag and slipped it on. It made her feel a lot warmer. The summer weather was starting to go away and she had a feeling that she'd miss it dearly.

"Oh, that's cool," he said, then laughed. "But I don't think I quite have what it takes to model." Another laugh. "I doubt I could sit still long enough. I'll admit I'm hyper."
He listened with increasing fascination on his face as she talked. "Seriously? You can play guitar and sing at the same time? Not a lot of people can do that. Seriously, that's quite the talent. Dude, we should start a band!" In his excitement, he grabbed her arms, though not roughly, and a wide grin spread across his face. "That would be so cool! Wait, wait, what kinda music do you listen to?"
At the mention of his classes, he released her and laughed a bit. "Ahh, the whole grade in general, but only because of like, absences and stuff. And truthfully, I may have acted happy before, but I didn't really get happy until last year, because I finally fixed some stuff. But I still skipped school too much, so..." He shrugged. "I failed. I'm retaking all my classes. Truthfully, the only reason I'm even going to try this year is because of my mum. She puts a lot of blame on herself..." For the first time, he seemed something other than happy as he stared almost wistfully away. "I fell bad, putting so much on her. But you know," he said, snapping out of it. "I love her, so I'll do it, at least until I can go on another tour. And truthfully, music still comes first, because that's what I'm doing with my life. Seriously, you don't look like the music type," he said, changing to a hapier subject.

Cammie smiled as Jon said she had talent, then a quick look of surprise flashed through her eyes as he grabbed her arm, "Band? Sure! That sounds fun!" Cammie said, "You've got a place? Or should we use mine? My parents won't mind having a band crash the place. Hell, Michael can play a pretty mean bass." she said as she referred to her neighbor and long time friend.
She had lived here for a little while, then moved back to Miami, where she was born, then her father decided to move back again. In the end, they just kept both their houses, just in case they were going to go back again.
"Well, I listen to a little screamo, which hurts my voice sometimes. A little hard rock, soft rock and Hip Hop. " she listed, "Actually, I listen to all types of music. You see, I dance and I have to find the music that I want to dance to." she explained. "And I will take no offense to your comment on how I'm not a music type, looks wise." Cammie said, grinning, she was only joking. All through her life, Cammie has been told how she has to look a certain way or that she doesn't look like this or that, so often, that she hardly cared anymore.
"Oh, and if we're gonna start a band...you're not gonna skip class right?" she asked, concerned. She didn't want him to fail...again, but then that would put them in the same grade next year.

"Uhhhh.... If you consider a dorm a place..." He laughed. "Yeah, your house would probably be better. You actually live here?" Well, duh, not everyone moved in or was shipped in. He was shipped in to keep him out of trouble, something that most of the kids weren't here for, and he knew it.
"You're going to have to in troduce me to this Michael," he said with mock sternness. "Well, let's see... Screamo's really, reall fun to play, but you know... I'm into more pop, rock kinda stuff. I think you'd enjoy singing that; it's upbeat, or it can be, so I'll sure as hell enjoy it, and it can prove to have some fun vocals. " He pondered the idea, but paused when she mentioned him skipping. "Do... I have to not to?" He asked, almost whiningly or tentaivally. He gave a little hopeful grin. "I'll probably do it regardless, but if you really don't want me to, I promise I'll try not to? How's that?"

Cammie nodded, "Pop is the easiest to sing." she took out her new purple iPod and passed it over to Jon, "Check out the songs, I have almost every song there." Cammie always updated her iPod and she even got her brother to modify it so it can hold more than the maximum songs. "And yeah, I have a house here and I also have a dorm." she shrugged, "I like to choose where I spend my nights."
Then her phone buzzed, speak of the devil she thought to herself as she saw a text message from Michael. She quickly texted him back about the band idea and turned back to Jon, "No skipping. We need your marks high so it can suffer a bit if we go to away gigs." Cammie said, she wanted something to cushion her grades if she was going to go to far gigs. "So if I catch you skipping, I'll probably drag you butt back." she said with a smile, she probably couldn't do it physically though since she was like....more than a foot taller than her. "Oh, and my parents will probably give you a drill you a little, they like to 'get to know my friends'" Cammie said, shrugging, her parents were parents like that. They were one of the most laid back parents she knew but sometimes they'll be like your everyday weird parents.

He took the iPod from her, sticking one bud in his ear and circling his finger around the pad, looking for some good music. He saw bands he recognized, bands he'd never heard of, and more than likely some local bands. He picked a random song and hit play, his feet tapping along to it.
"Lucky," he said, laughing. "I've hardly got a dorm. I haven't even got there yet. I think the principle said I'm rooming with some guy from like, France or something, you know? Either way, he thought that it would be nice to be with another 'foreigner'. I guess it would be, but you know, there's as much a chance of a foreigner being rude as an American."
"What, none at all?" he asked jokingly about the skipping. "I mean, once or twice, to like go to the band hall and play my drums... Speaking of which, is your house big enough to hold a big drum set? Like, a big one?" He laughed. "It's got like, eighteen pieces, not including the cymbals. But I have like two sets -- my basic and the big one. The basic's coming first, soo..." He shrugged, then returned to the origional subject, sighing. "But fine, no skipping for me..." He grinned at her and hit the next button, lightly rocking his head with the music, feet tapping away even faster. "You have a great taste in music, by the way. You sure you like to dress that way?" He glanced at her. "I mean, you're all rocker-personality, if a little more careful about grades and such, but you know... It's like, your outfits scream prep." He laughed.
"Do you honestly think I can't get along with your parents?" he asked, laughing again. "Seriously, I'll be the biggest gentleman ever. I won't tell them about the crapping thing, though... But I'll tell them most everything else." He grinned. "I tend to get along with most parents. I'll work extra-hard with yours, though... I'm sure they'll be suspicious, what with I'm an eighteen year old junior boy that's like a foot taller than you and could pose a threat... And all that stuff. I know how parents work. Don't worry."
A bit jokingly, he nudged her with his elbow and added, "So I guess the whole skipping thing doesn't apply to right now?"

Cammie gave a small giggle at what Jon was saying, "Right now doesn't count" she said as she stuck out her tongue playfully, "Today I'm prep, tomorrow, who knows, I like to change the way I dress," she smiled, "I just lean more towards the preppy side." she gave a little shrug.
"And I'm sure my parents don't mind your age and height. I tend to know people who are taller." she laughed, "Any shorter and they're probably younger." she joked.
Cammie thought for a second about where the band would go, and came up with a few choices, "We have like a floor of guest rooms that we can turn into a band room, but my basement is also a semi rec room, that's where my guitars are. My other interments are in another room, and we can also use the garage. We only use like...3 of the 5." she said plainly, trying not to sound like she was bragging. In her old school, a lot of people disliked her because her family had a higher annual income, but really, it was no big deal. "I can probably have the band sleep at my house on weekends if we have to do some cramming for a last minute gig. My dad will probably go to work and if my step-mom minds the sound, she can shop or go to the movie room and watch something with my little brother. It's pretty sound proof."

"Ah," he said, rolling his eyes. "Know what? When we get a show, I'm going to take you shopping for some totally awesome, hardcore outfit that'll just, like... Own anything and everything." He laughed again. "But seriously, I'm going to pick your wardrobe for you. It'll be fun. Yeah, I just offered to buy you clothes." He grinned widely, but it slowly began to melt into surprise and impressivement, and his feet actually stopped tapping for a moment.
"Wow, that's... A hell of a house. Your place it is." He grinned, standing and holding out his hand to her, helping her to her feet and then suddenly leaning down to scoop her up in her arms. "You're amazing!" he declared randomly and happily. "First day here and you've already got me a band and a huge place to practice and a freakin' rec area. Way to go!" He grinned at her and began to climb the stairs quickly, as if she weighed nothing. He was in pretty good shape. He paused at the top of the stairs, suddenly remembering he had no idea where second period was. "Uhm... Which floor again? Point it out," he said with a laugh.]

Cammie giggled as she was lifted, "I think we should check out my closet first before shopping. " she said, "Don't have repeats of the same clothes." she shrugged, she had a lot of clothes.
"How about you drop by my place afterschool." she offered as she lead him towards the classroom. As she knocked on the door, she took out her business card and handed it over to Jon, on it was her contact information.
The teacher opened the door, looked them over then waved them in, telling them to take their seats. "I guess our teacher called in advance for us." she whispered to Jon as she took a seat in the back.
