overall • Mistral, despite how rich she is, is a very simple girl. She likes simplicity and does everything to give any one the impression that she isn't one of those obnoxious rich kids. She really is very fond of flowers, all kinds of flowers but she loves blue roses and white ones as well. Mistral loves to read, if she really is into the book she will read it anywhere, even if it has to be in the bathroom, she can buy another one. She is very fond of poetry, it rages from anything as long as it is poetry since it captures her interest so much on how people express their emotions and feeling in words. Seeing that her parents were always away, she get lonely in the morning when she wakes up in her house. So she took the hobby of morning jogs and walks, and it enhanced her speed so much that she took up the thought of being in the track team.
Since being rich she hadn't thought of shopping too much, since she hates it, so she took up a lot of things. She once took up archery but broke a very expensive antique vase; she took up tennis and hit her 5 trainers; she took up swimming and almost drowned her swimming teacher and so on, so forth. It was seriously lucky that she was really rich or she would've winded up in a jail cell. She absolutely love meeting new people, any one as long as they can talk she'd love to get to know them better. Mistral has thing soft spot for sweets and cakes, give it to her as long as it is sweet and she will eat it. She loves to find excitement, she loves dogs especially even if they do leave slobber on you and after that, you'd smell. She still loves them. In her life, it was better to have some peace and quiet and some alone time to think everything clearly, to see her mistakes for the days and fix them the next. Mistral has a thing for taking pictures of beautiful sceneries, flowers and more, as long as it showed beauty in simplicity. She has more than ten scrap books about the things she had took and collected them as a momentum. In her huge room, she has many rooms, one specifically that holds all her momentums ever since she was 9, and it all started with her first pendulum given by her best friend before she died in cancer. The day she bitterly hated but loved at the same time, and she enjoys the fruit grapes since she finds it fun to shoot it in her mouth.
And thus brings us now to the things she hates. Mistral is terrified of heights that she barely breaths as she looks upon in horror at her doom. And mostly especially insects or 'creepy crawlies' as she might put, since it creeps her out and since she can't see where it can be roaming about. She also hates too flashy things, she thinks it's too materialistic and it's useless. Mistral hates rude, lying, weird and violent people around her; mostly because she had experience a bit more than she was supposed to as she grew up more. 'Responsibility,' she hates that word. To her, it sounds like a burden and just pressure she can't seem to hand too well. Living to be a rich girl, she gets pissed when she doesn't get what she wants but tries to control her temper. And she hates being told what to do when she doesn't like the duty that she has to do. She hates boredom and futile lectures; she'd think it would be futile when she hasn't read of it yet. Plus she hates getting bruised, emotionally and physically since it takes time to heal the wounds that might leave a scar.
As said, she loves to jog or sprint, since it has become a habit of hers. But she also hates getting too attached to something or someone since she is afraid she might get hurt and fix herself on her own again. Mistral's born an honest girl but if she had to lie, she can, very skillfully as if it came naturally from her. And because she keeps on reading constantly, she developed a photographic memory to which she tried to enhance. Meeting Mistral, you'd think she's too innocent and gullible, for she is. And lastly, she has something in her that has an aura of friendliness.
"but i thought they were dating."
mother • Melanie; 45; ex-model, resort owner
father • Jason; 50; doctor
siblings • Letisha; 14; student
pets • none
other family • none
overall • Being born first with a couple who deeply loved each other. Mistral was loved and cared for, thus molding her into the sweet, caring and soft Mistral that is now. She loved her parents equally for they scheduled huge amounts of time for their daughter; for they thought Melanie was never going to be pregnant again. Mistral found comfort at that thought, since she loved the love and attention she got from both her parents. Jason Phylle met Melanie, in her 20s, in a runway show to which he came to her rescue when she fainted. It turned out that she was taking the diet thing seriously, but after that Jason had to move again, since he was there in an invite from a friend. But Melanie remembered the dashing doctor who caught her before she fell.
Soon after a few years later, Jason came back to the city and oddly kept meeting Melanie. Knowing the beautiful face, he kept a watchful eye on her just to make sure he catches her before she falls, but that's what he thought. And it managed to turn into love. Soon they had Mistral and they loved her dearly. They had family picnics together, and more together. They were a perfect family for a model and a doctor, some were even betting that they wouldn't last but they did. That's when the miracle happened, when the couple was ready to give up, Melanie had Letisha ash they were absolutely happy... except for Mistral. She was happy for them but knowing that she wasn't going to be the center of attention seemed to down her a bit. But nevertheless, she loved the baby and acted as a big sister for her.
Letisha grew happily and apparently different from Mistral. She had blonde hair and she was those type of girls who wanted glamour in their lives. Of course, as a big sister she respected her sister's decision, but seeing she was still young, the thought of the time she can still use to steer her sister away from that future made Mistral smile. Being an older sister was not a walk in the park as she thought; she had to take the responsibility and the blame. Yet she had loved in return as well. But then her parent's thought that their children would learn on their own, they focused more on their business and left their daughters at home to fend for themselves in the world of reality. Mistral hated the responsibility but still did as their parents told her to do.
Letisha grew independent and grew to be her own woman, and Mistral had no say to change that. Though she tried a few techniques but her sister wouldn't budge, so she eventually left her alone. Letisha on the other hand was very jealous of her sister since Mistral was of course very beautiful. Mistral liked the thought of being left alone with no responsibility and pressure. And then as she was walking around on her own, she stumbled upon a world, a new world that she had never thought existed. A world to which she was eager to search and explore.
"this movie is total nuts."
other • I might not always be on due to being always grounded
roleplay sample •
The sky was bue as the white puffs of clouds glided on silently above the young blonde. The morning breeze welcomed her as she walked down the park with a faint smile on her lips. The breeze made her hair dance gracefully as she held her camera at hand, looking for more scenery to take a picture of. The leaves of the trees and the grass were lush green, as it was being teased by the morning wind too. Her dark honey colored eyes grazed over at the new scene in front of her and held up her hand took a picture of a grey butterfly that landed onto the water fountain which she though would need a rainbow. The simple grey shirt hugged to her tightly and showed off her curves; she wore skinny jeans and simple flip flops from which she had gotten from a shop she forgets.
Having a photographic memory doesn't necessarily mean that she could remember every shop she had been in, nope. It was for picturing important things that people could not remember and she could provide that for them. That way, she felt needed. Young Mistral let out a sigh and continued her soft walk. Letisha was on her shopping trip again in Paris with the use of their private jet where she has not yet gotten onto since she was terrified of heights. Height always terrified her, they made her feel dizzy and different inside. The silence that loomed over the early morning atmosphere circled around her endlessly and she found comfort in it once again.
She dropped her pale skin and looked in awe at the lake with a slight 'o' shape on her lips. The camera dangled from her neck and rested onto the center of her chest. The lake was glossy under the morning light, making the light glance off it beautifully at the flowers, rocks and grass that grew around it. A pair of swans got out from nowhere she could trace and glided onto the smooth looking surface of the lake. Mistral immediately fumbled with her camera since she was never going to tear her gaze from the beautiful creatures in front of her. Luckily, her camera had no flash and it would scare them away Mistral always seemed lucky in early mornings since they was no one who would scare the animals away.
After taking a few pictures, Mistral brushed her hand through her hair thus making her hair messier than usual but in a graceful way. Her pink glossed lips formed into a smile as she let out a dreamy sigh of how romantic it would have been if it was night time, with the stars shinning brightly and the silver moon plastered onto the velvet sky. But yet romance had not crossed her way, though she was hoping it would and maybe bring beautiful tragedy in her life or such. That would be something. But now, all that she could do was dream, and make it come true.
But then the swan decided to glide further in the lake, deeper into the park. Mistral eagerly followed her without hesitation for there might be more swans in different sizes further in the lake. She might get lucky. She swung her sling bag from her thigh so she could walk properly, everything precious to her was in the bag. She wouldn't dare leave them for they worth so much to her, the silent sounds of her flip flops followed her as she stealthily followed the swan from the side. There weren’t much a handful of people to witness her ridiculous scheme to follow but if there was, she couldn't care less. But as she advance with her eyes fixed firmly on the swan, she evidently fell and landed on her behind.
"Dammit!" she cursed out loud, her hair was tousled and luckily her clothes weren't damaged. Mistral then rose up her irked eyes to her surrounding, only to hold her breath and gawk. This wasn't the park. "Oh.My.Gosh" she said under her breath, this was not good, this was not the park... this was somewhere else. "Oh Gosh" she said once again
