Quiet and focus, ha, only in school and when writing a poem or story. Joey is a pretty outgoing guy which he find is important in being a singer. He's a bold young man who likes to make things interesting and design thing. He's musically and artistically inclined and loves to show off his abilities especially if he thinks it'll help the band and himself with their future careers.
Though Joey is usually crazy and trying to be fun. He's also a worrier. He doesn't like breaking rules and wouldn't even stay out a milisecond after curfew if he was asked to by the guys. He doesn't cave easily to peer pressure and tries to keep his tail out of the fire when it comes to the crazy things his friends can do.
Joey is also one of those boys that you would look at, watch their behavior, write them off as an idiot then read a poem and believe he's a genius. Joey puts almost all of his intelligence into his written work and lyrics instead of being the nerd in the class who knows all the answers.

overall • Mark-Joesph Harkins left the small town of Dalton city when he was six years old. He hardly remembers it's little town charm but still considers it his hometown occasionally calling himself a 'country boy' due to it's rural location. At six, his dad was transfered to a small suburban town in St.Louis where he would eventually meet his band and friends.
Joey met all of his friends in middle school, when Corri's dad rented the one story house across the street from his own. Being one of the only middle schoolers that lived within a three block radius, Joey decided to talk with this Corri kid. They struck up a quick friendship and for a while both kept it a secret that they were musically inclined.
The pair met Victoria and River in middle school. The dorky (at the time) set of kids fond out that every one of them had some sort of talent. It almost went off like a stick of dynamite. Corri wanted to start a band with them. Joey figured that it would be fun for a while he originally was just going to play back up guitar. He was discovered singing by Tori who immediately reported it to Corri who sat Joey down and wouldn't let him leave until he sang for him. Thus Joey became the vocalist.
Now in high school, Joey is just wondering around trying to make friends and a fan base while in high school. He even occasionally serenades people to persuade them to go to little gigs that the band is going to be in. He currently is looking forward to one perk of being a rockstar... Fan girls.
