The Flirt- Always complimenting a hot guy, or shooting a cutie a wink; that's what Faith spends most of her time doing. Even if the guy is taken, she'll still flirt with him. Most of the time she knows when she's flirting, but other times she's completely oblivious to the fact that she might have just hit on her close guy friend.
The bitch- Faith loves nothing more than dissing some other girl, or being a total bitch. She loves a challenge, and will stop at nothing until she gets her way. Never letting people in to help her, but always hurting other people; that's how this wild doll rolls.
The Sensitive - This is one side of Faith that pretty much no one has seen. She still has her sensitive side, but it's been hidden away. She really does care about people, but she acts all rude and tough so people won't see her soft side, or figure out that it's all a false front.
The Temper- Though she's normally a collected person, even little Ms. Hawthorn has a foul temper. It usually takes something pretty big to make Faith angry, but she's been known to snap at you for the little thing if she's not in a good mood. Faith has a great grip on her temper, but even the most collected girls can get vicious.
The Talkative- One of Faith's strong points; she's a great conversationalist. Having a vivid imagination, and great interest in almost any subject; Faith can get into any conversation with ease...though she tends to talk the most, and then feel slightly embarrassed. One thing you have to keep track of is the subject, Faith tends to jump subjects without paying much attention to it herself.
The Moody- A weakness of Faith's; her ever swinging moods. Almost as constant as her jumping subjects in a conversation, you have to be careful. Her moods usually jump around in the confused, excited, happy, sad, content, interested, and bored areas; but if you catch her when she jumps to angry, you might want to look out.
The Secretive- Most likely Faith's most used personality trait; her experience at keeping a secret. If you confide in Faith, you know she won't tell a soul; she'll take that secret to the grave if she has to. But not only is she good at keeping secrets, she's good at not spilling her own.

Elizabeth Faith Hawthorn was the name bestowed upon this young lass when she was born to Derek and Kitty The two had been married only a little over a year, and Elizabeth was their first child. Though they were new parents and were very excited; they never spoiled their daughter. With Derek being a pastor they raised Elizabeth by the 'rod' while she was young; hoping to keep her from being a disobedient child. By the time she was four, Elizabeth got two little siblings; Ruth and Samuel. This time the parents had it a little harder; especially since Elizabeth wanted all the attention.
By the time she was eleven; Elizabeth started feeling trapped. She noticed her parents were very strict and didn't let her do many things that's her friends did. In fact her parents only allowed her to be friends with children who attended a church. Though she was young, she knew she didn't like how her life was being run. And one year- after being kept in school later than usual for getting into a fight with another student- The Hawthorn parents removed their children from school and started home schooling them. Elizabeth- now thirteen and going by Faith- hated the change and resented her parents....they noticed the resent. She began to cut herself, and it got to the point where her parents had to watch her every time she went into her room.
Kitty finally convinced Derek to allow Faith to attend school; because she refused to do the work at home. Upon Faith's return she was given many rules.... all which she planned on breaking. Growing up in a strict house made her feel trapped and controlled; two things Faith hated. She wanted to be in control of her own life, not have rules and be forced to be a perfect child just because her father was a pastor. Derek noticed a slip in her grades, her attendance at school, and her absence from her bedroom in the late hours of the night. He and Kitty didn't know where else to turn, so they gave his mother a call. After many hours of planning; they arranged to have Faith take a plane to California and live with her grandmother for some time.
Faith hated this arrangement. Though she adored her grandmother; she was angry at being forced to leave. But after a few months, Faith settled in with her grandmother. She enjoyed being with Alison Hawthorn more than anything. Alison was smart, calm and 'cool'. She never forced Faith to do anything and let her do many of the things she asked for. The two came to a mutual agreement; if Faith behaved herself, she could do what she wanted. Faith was content with how things were going, but one night she found herself very bored. Alison was out for the night, and Faith was home.... but not for long. Though she'd promised her grandmother that she wouldn't attend any parties with alcohol, she couldn't keep herself home when her friends were having a good time...... this landed Faith in the hospital, in the ICU for seven months.
She'd consumed a large amount of alcohol at the party, then convinced her friend to let her drive, she'd just gotten her license a month before and wanted to take the car for a ride. They ended up in a bad accident; the car having been hit into by an on-coming truck on the passenger side- instantly killing her friend. The accident left Faith almost dead herself, with a large wound under her chest. If the ambulance had been any slower she'd have bled to death; but she lived.....Faith was sixteen.
You'd think that'd be enough to wake this girl up, but she's still the same reckless wild girl that she was then....only now with her naval pierced and a tattoo. When she was finally released from the hospital she was brought to her grandmother's home. Yes her parents were furious; but they felt she's a 'hellion child' and they didn't want her around Mark and Ruth until she was better. Alison felt she was just having a little trouble, so she sent her to St. Sophia Academy at the age of seventeen.
"this movie is total nuts."

roleplay sample •
For the longest time the only thing to be heard was the slow-but steady- breathing of a girl lying in a hospital bed. That mixed in with the beeping of several different machines, and an occasional nurse and/or doctor walking by or checking up on her. Sitting next to the bed, holding onto one of the young girl's hands was her grandmother; Alison Hawthorn. The lady looked tired and concerned- but she didn't budge from the chair. Her baby girl had just passed out during a football game, and it had many people confused..... but not the doctors or the widowed Mrs. Hawthorn; they knew exactly why Faith had collapsed.
Alison shook her head, messaging her forehead with her free hand; she blamed it on herself. She knew it was going to be very hot outside that day, and that the hot weather would instantly get to her granddaughter, but Faith had wanted to go so badly; how could she say no? Now she was wishing she had though, she would trade anything go back in time and make sure Faith didn't go.... it would surely save Faith a lot of trouble as it would herself. But Faith begged, and promised to stay out of the sun. She did go, and stay out of the sun; but the heat was still too much for her body.
Alison glanced up when the nurse entered the room and adjusted some of the machines settings and gave an encouraging smile to Mrs. Hawthorn. "Don't worry; she got here in time and should be waking up soon." Relief washed over Alison and gave her new strength to stay by Faith's side until she awoke. Her gentle blue eyes fixed upon Faith's calm face; she looked as though she was sleeping very peacefully. This made her smile as she watched her baby girl; her eyes never leaving the girl's face.
Alison stirred when she heard someone speak; she realized she'd been asleep. She mutter a curse then looked up as she heard a familiar laugh. "Grandma, I thought you said you never cursed." Faith said in a soft tone; obviously still a little weary and drugged. Alison smiled, standing as she looked at Faith. She stroked her cheek softly, giving a gentle laugh as she explained. "I guess I lied."
